Agringa is not liable for any late deliveries caused by third-party delivery companies.
Unfortunately, we cannot ship to Africa or the Middle East due to customs regulations.
Agringa jewellery purchases comes with a 90-days guarantee.
This warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers the plating of the Jewellery.
We will offer a repair or replacement once the item has been proven by our jewellers to be faulty.
This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper care, loss, accidental breakage, and general wear and tear.
Any repairs requested after the offered period will incur a fee. Repairs required after this date are considered a result of general wear and tear.
Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

If you’re not entirely happy with your purchase then please contact us within the accepted timeframe as listed in the table below, and we will arrange a suitable solution.
We will happily offer an exchange or a store credit towards an alternate purchase, as long as the original item(s) are returned with original tags attached, in unworn condition, and in original packaging, with postage at buyer’s cost.
JEWELLERY (except earrings)
Please note the following for all returns:
– We DO NOT ACCEPT returns or exchanges on pierced earring styles for hygiene reasons.
– We DO NOT ACCEPT returns or exchanges on Bikinis or Swimsuits for hygiene reasons.
– We DO NOT ACCEPT returns or exchanges on items purchased on sale or with a promo code.
– Items must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn, and properly secured in the original Agringa packaging provided.
– Proof of purchase must be presented in form of text message or email in order to qualify for an exchange.
Should any of the above occur, Agringa will not accept the return/exchange and will contact the customer to arrange to post the item back at the customer’s expense.
We will offer a refund only if the item is deemed faulty.
We do not refund the shipping cost on any returned orders. Only the cost of the actual items returned will be refunded.
